2. Decentralized Nature & Wallet Responsibility

Infinity is a fully decentralized protocol running on the BNB Smart Chain via immutable smart contracts. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials
• All transactions signed with your wallet
• Any losses resulting from user error, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access
• Understanding the risks of blockchain interactions and smart contract usage

Infinity does not custody funds, control wallets, or have the ability to reverse transactions.

3. Services Description

Infinity provides an automated, smart contract-based X3 matrix earning system on Binance-Pegged Solana (BEP-20). Participation involves connecting a compatible wallet, depositing funds, and activating positions. All payouts, recycling, and distributions occur automatically via on-chain logic.

No guarantees of profit are made. Participation is voluntary and involves significant financial risk, including total loss of deposited funds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the smart contract logic
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the protocol in unauthorized ways
• Promoting or engaging in fraudulent schemes using the Infinity brand
• Impersonating the protocol, team, or other users
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. No Financial, Investment or Legal Advice

All information provided on the website or through the protocol is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own research and decisions. Cryptocurrency and DeFi involve high risk of loss.

6. Intellectual Property

The Infinity name, logo, website design, documentation, and any related materials are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite best efforts. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with blockchain technology, including smart contract failures, network congestion, and total loss of funds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Infinity protocol, its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
